I sold my home without a realtor in July 2014 and Kyle was the buyers agent. As a result of this I worked pretty closely with Kyle. He was very helpful and professional. He took the attitude that since I was not as knowledgeable with the process, he should step up to help get the transaction to the finish line. There were several instances where he helped me to understand the ramifications of certain things, and I never felt he was hustling me or trying to scam me. He always had his clients best interests at heart of course, but he had a very high level of integrity and I felt I could trust him throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Hoboken, NJ area.
Kyle Klaus is simply an amazing and hard working real estate agent. From start to finish He has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and exceptionally good at what He does. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and housing market at the time and helped me sell my house at a reasonable price in a down market. I Gave Kyle a huge challenge in selling my old bachelor pad as a family home. He gave me perfect advise to change the right cosmetic things that would appeal to the average buyer, without over spending my budget and cutting into my profit. He called every agent that showed my house for honest feed back and relayed it right to me so we could get a feel for what the consensus was on the property. He delivered in every way and i used the profits on my old bachelor pad to invest in a larger home that i now love and share with my wife and 2 year old daughter! I would not have been able to afford this house with out kyle selling my old one for so much!
Kyle did a fantastic job as my listing broker. He was able to achieve my desired pricing from a prospective buyer shortly after listing. In fact, the $psf pricing ($882 psf) was one of the highest sales prices in Hoboken. Additionally, there were several other offers near ask. The listing itself was professionally written, and the pictures were stunning. Kyle also held a well attended open house. Finally, the closing process went very smoothly, and I will certainly consider Kyle for future condo sales on the Gold Coast.

We also were included in the listing ad content but Kyle would have handled this detail directly with clients who would have preferred to be less engaged in the sales process.We were advised professionally throughout and our sale was transacted with precision. The results prove it. Going into the process we loathed the idea of paying for a real estate agent but soon realized the value of our investment with Kyle. He continued to engage us appropriately once we were in contract and we did not have to call him for a status. Kyle is a credit to his industry and an ally to his clients. He is heartily recommended.

Kyle - is an extremely knowledgeable realtor and knew how to price our home in the local market. We received a much better than expected sales price. I contacted Rich after he came highly recommended by a friend. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Rich listened to our needs and was able to show us several gorgeous, well located places that matched our budget. Once we identified the place we wanted, Rich worked tirelessly to get us approved. Rich went above and beyond in terms of customer service- he was able to find me exactly what I needed in a very competitive market. As a first time homebuyer it was great that Rich made sure that I understood everything that was going on and was there to answer any questions I had. I will surely do business with him again.
My wife and I were due with our 2nd child soon and looking at houses in the suburbs. we found a place and had to act fast on it. at the time, our Hoboken condo was not listed yet. I call Rich on a Tuesday night and explained to him the situation. By that Saturday, he already had a professional designer in to help stage, an open house with 22 showings, and multiple verbal indications. Within the next week multiple offers were coming in with two lead offers competing against one another. Rich knew exactly what price would bring in interest but also not too high to detract. Rich did an excellent job balancing the difficult personalities in the offer process. We received full asking price with several backup offers. Shortly thereafter we thought we would have to place the process on hold due to the birth of our daughter and a sudden death in our immediate family. Thankfully, Rich knew what to do. He took full control and spared us of phone calls and emails during a hectic time. He went above and beyond. I felt as though I was dealing with a dear friend. As a first time home buyer, I needed all the help I could get. Rich was there to walk me through each and every step. My search started in August and I did not put in an offer until April. During those 7 months Rich was patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. He sent me weekly listings and followed up on each one. For every open house or tour I took, I had no less than 15 questions. He contacted the seller's agent on my behalf and was able to obtain the information I needed. When I finally found an apartment I liked and secured the purchase (at less than listed price! In Hoboken!), he offered suggestions for an attorney and mortgage lender in the event that I did not have one. During the closing process I was stressed and nervous that something would fall through. However, Rich assured me that all the documents were in place and that closings almost always took this long.
