Hello,

My name is Joseph Aziz and this is my story. in 2009 I was a young man looking to invest into a 2 family home in my neighborhood of Clifton, NJ. I had no idea where to start or what to do. After asking around, I was paired with multiple agents and lenders who had no clue how to help me, and I eventually gave up.

I have worked for Verizon & AT&T Corporate for years, and after an 80 hour work week, I decided that I was too talented to stay in the same position. I worked all week, and took the real estate course on Sundays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (brutal). I took the state exam at 5:30 pm on New Years eve 2014 and passed on my first try! I was officially licensed Realtor!

I stayed with Verizon for 6 months, but after everyone found out I was a Realtor, I became too busy and had to quit a high paying job with benefits ( I still don't have benefits btw). Ever since then, my entire world has changed for the better. To have a career that allows me the freedom to work when I want is awesome! In 2015 I decided to take my real estate career a step further and obtain a home inspectors certification. After 6 months of classes, and 140 hours of home inspections, I became certified in all aspects of building & maintaining a home. This has gone a long way for me, and my clients, saving them thousands of dollars, and lots of time. Imagine walking the house during a showing with someone who can tell you exactly what's wrong with with the house BEFORE you make an offer!

I love what I do, and I wake up every single morning excited to get into the office. Since that New Years Eve of 2014 I have sold over 500 homes and well over $250,000,000 in Real Estate. I have sold condos, townhomes, single family, multi-family, mixed use buildings, strip malls, parcels of land, and mega-mansions. I have made amazing connections & friends for life doing this, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me! I currently own a Real Estate office in the heart of downtown Montclair, NJ with over 40 incredible Realtors.
